Nutritious and sport activities set up as parts of development project at Nga Pyaw Gyun Village

In this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy and TMAV set up the cooking session in order to share nutritious recipes by using healthy ingredients with low budget. There were more than 50 villagers joining the session. Furthermore, the food from the session was also distributed to participants for their lunch with family.
In the meantime, students of the monastery school had the opportunity to participate in football training session by trainers and youth players from Yangon Football Club. Moreover, Ministry of public health and Sports of Myanmar also provided mobile units for checking and removing mosquito breeding grounds in the village’s area, in order to prevent Dengue and related fevers during rainy season.
Before returning to Yangon, Mr. Pisanu Suvanajata, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar and spouse, discussed with the local authority of Ayeyarwaddy region about the implementation of this development project as a role-model for more than 300 schools in the region.
The comprehensive development project at Nga Pyaw Gyun village will be accomplished its term within next month. Royal Thai Embassy and TMAV are delighted to pass on this mission to Myanmar authority and society with goodwill to contribute benefits to Myanmar people not only for Nga Pyaw Gyun village, but also for all areas in Myanmar.
