On 12 September 2025, the Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, along with the staffs at the Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon, Team Thailand and spouses participated in the Ceremony in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII on 20 September 2025. The Ceremony comprised an alms-offering ceremony dedicated to His Majesty, a Buddhist chanting ceremony, and a floral tribute-laying ceremony in homage to His Majesty, held at the premises of the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon.
