Thailand donates Pfizer vaccine and medical supplies to Myanmar

On 21 October 2022, Mrs. Kanokwan Pengsuwan, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., together with Mr. Yordying Supasri (Minister Counsellor) and Mr. Ittimon Sumitpaibul
(Second Secretary) of the Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon, attended the handover ceremony of 100,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine (for children aged 5 to 11 years) and
medical supplies to Myanmar Red Cross Society at Yangon International Airport. This is the third time Thailand donated COVID-19 vaccines to Myanmar Red Cross, with the total amount at 1,100,000 doses.
