 The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon wishes to announce the procedure for non-Immigration L-A visa (non L-A visa) application as follows:

1. Limitation of 200 non-Immigration L-A visa requests per one working day by advance online booking, and only Agencies/Companies authorised by Ministry of Labour of Thailand or Ministry of Labour of Myanmar to submit such visa applications on behalf of workers.
2. The system for Agencies/Companies’ verification process will be opened on 26 April 2024. The Agencies/Companies wishing to apply non-LA visa are required to submit documents, including (1) the company registration and (2) the worker export licenses to the Embassy at the URL https://thaiconsularyangon.com/labour-visa/index.php/company-registration. After verification process, the Agencies/Companies will receive the confirmation e-mail providing login and password as well as the instruction from the Embassy. The verification process will take about 3 working days.

3. Online visa application booking will be open from 29 April 2024 onwards and submission processes will start from 30 April 2024, as follows:
   • The Agencies/Companies are required to make reservation at URL https://thaiconsularyangon.com/labour-visa/ with the given login and password.
   • The final confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Agencies/Companies with the submission date and the amount of non – LA visa applications, and
   • Please show the confirmation e-mail to the security guard and the Embassy’s staff on the submission date. At the counter, the agencies must submit:

• The letter issued by the Ministry of Labour of Thailand with the name list of workers;
• Complete visa application forms with photo of all workers;
• Valid passports; and
• Visa processing fee: 20 USD per applicants

* The visa processing time is 3 working days (e.g; submitting on Monday and collecting back on Wednesday)

               The agencies are advised to prepare all required documents in advance, and strictly follow the rule and procedure of the Embassy. The above procedure may subject to change.
