Important Information on Visa Application

    ►  Visa processing time: With sufficient supporting documents, applicant will be granted visa upto 15 working days after making a payment at the Royal Thai Embaasy.  

   ►  Visa Application and Collection hours:

          For visa application: Apply online at  https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ (everyday)
          For E-visa payment: Make a reservation at www.thaiconsularyangon.com/evisapay 

    ►  Visa fee: The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon accepts only new USD note with perfect condition. The visa fee is non-refundable. (50 USD note is not prefereble.) After the payment is successfully made, a receipt will be sent to an E-visa applicant’s emails or an E-visa account within approximately 15 minutes. The Visa Section will no longer issue a receipt at the counter.  

    ►  Consular Officer reserves the right to request addition documents or interview as deemed necessary.

    ► Applicants who submit fraudulent documents may be barred for life from entering the Kingdom of Thailand and maximum penalties under the existing law shall be applied.
