On 12 July 2019, H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar presented cash donation at the amount of 3,000 US Dollars to Prof. Dr. Nang Htawn Hla, Vice President of Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS) for supporting its humanitarian assistances.

On this occasion, both sides shared information related to operations of the Red Cross Society in both countries and discussed opportunities to enhance the collaboration between the Royal Thai Embassy and MRCS in the future.
